Though we’ve gone through several name changes (ex. Allennials at Work, GenLoyal), the heart of what we do has always been the same: offering an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to companies looking to scale and grow.

As the Principal Consultant, I lead the strategic direction of each engagement, advising on optimal solutions and crafting tailored implementation plans.

While I don’t facilitate trainings or handle in-person work, I oversee the process and guide the team to ensure the vision is executed effectively.

  • Fractional COO Services: For startups that need operational leadership but aren’t yet ready for a full-time C-suite team. We integrate seamlessly with your existing team, providing strategic guidance and leadership to help streamline core operational activities and strategies.
  • Workflow Audits: We assess and optimize your core processes using a variety of tools, from AI to automation. This is our preferred way to work with smaller companies or specific departments looking for a done-for-you service that drives operational efficiency.
  • Recruitment: Finding remote talents needed to scale effectively. We've recruited from 3 different continents and advise global hiring needs based on work culture fit, and talent pipleine needs.

Content Creation

Creative endeavors is what led me to entrepreneurship, and I never stopped! Here are different ways I go about doing so: 

  • Singer-Songwriter : Under the stage name Valerie Skyler, I create and produce EDM music. I also use fair bit of generative AI in creating video and graphics content to align with the visual narrative.
  • UGC / Spokesperson: I create UGC (user generated content) for consumer-facing brands in skincare, lifestyle, and tech industries looking to increase customer trust.

I partner with founders to grow service-driven, SaaS, or e-commerce businesses through a hybrid model: part strategic operator, part investor.

Rather than a traditional capital-only investment, I bring hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction on a retainer + equity basis. 

  • Recently acquired businesses: If you recently acquired a SaaS, e-commerce, or service-driven business such as HVAC, medical offices, law firms, accounting firms, laundromats, or any other business that does not require manufacturing, I am able to help stabilize and scale post-acquisition.
  • Earlier-Stages : I take a more hands-on advisory role, typically working on a retainer + equity basis. This ensures I can provide real value while your business gains traction.

Not at all. I work with both startup’s, established businesses, NGO’s, etc.

My operation consulting model adapts to the company’s stage: from early-stage advisory to operational leadership for post-acquisition or growth-stage companies.

For publicly traded companies, or companies above 1000 employees, however, I did find that they prefer working with me more in content capacity than operations.

I’m industry agonistic (ex. one of the favorite industries I’ve worked in was defense). However, I have a stronger preference for SaaS or remote-service based companies. 

I exclusively work remote and do not do any in-person facilitation of any kind. However, if this component is important to you, I can build the project team to make sure a team member can cover this. 

That said, I stay actively involved in the process, providing strategic oversight and guiding your team to ensure smooth execution.

Yes! I maintain an active creative practice including music, generative AI visuals, and UGC content for brands in skincare, lifestyle, and tech. Creativity is still a core part of how I show up across ventures.
